A considerate agreement.

These terms govern access to Hostwelly. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and with care for the people whose details you record.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, devices, and invitation links. Keep access credentials private and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live.

Your content

You keep ownership of information and images you add. You give Hostwelly a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide and protect the service. You represent that you have the right to add it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass its security, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape invitation pages, interfere with other accounts, or use Hostwelly in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Suggestions and generated drafts

Seating explanations, conversation ideas, invitation wording, menu observations, schedules, and other suggestions are planning aids. Review them before relying on them. Hostwelly is not medical advice; allergy and dietary needs should be confirmed directly with guests and food preparers.

Availability and changes

The service may evolve, experience interruptions, or change before general release. We may suspend access to protect people, comply with law, or address abuse. Material changes to these terms will be presented with an updated date.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hostwelly is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Hostwelly is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using Hostwelly and delete your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—continue after use ends.
