A considerate agreement.

Cerebra Enterprises, LLC operates Hostwelly. These terms govern access to Hostwelly for lunches, business events, celebrations, dinner parties, and other gatherings. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and with care for the people whose details you record.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, devices, and invitation links. Keep access credentials private and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live.

Plans and purchases

Onboarding and the read-only sample are available without a purchase. Planning access requires a purchase through Apple and Sign in with Apple to associate that purchase with your Hostwelly account. Hostwelly Society is an annual, automatically renewing subscription that provides planning access for unlimited gatherings while active. One Evening is a one-time purchase for one identified gathering, regardless of its time of day. It is not a subscription or a reusable credit, and duplicating a gathering does not transfer that purchase to the copy.

The app and Apple's purchase confirmation show the applicable price, billing period, and currency before you confirm. Founding members keep their $119 annual rate while their founding subscription remains continuously active. If that subscription expires or you switch away from it, returning is subject to the offers then available. This is not a lifetime membership, a promise of a fixed number of memberships, or an introductory trial. Any price changes or renewal terms are governed by the terms shown by Apple and applicable law.

Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm. An annual subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund a completed payment. For refund requests, use Apple's purchase support process. Refunds, revocations, or subscription expiration can remove the associated planning access.

Use Restore purchases with the Apple account used to buy and the Hostwelly account associated with the purchase. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription and does not make a previously redeemed One Evening purchase transferable to another account. Access to cloud services requires a network connection and a valid account. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.

Your content

You keep ownership of information and images you add. You give Hostwelly a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide and protect the service. You represent that you have the right to add it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass its security, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape invitation pages, interfere with other accounts, or use Hostwelly in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Suggestions and generated drafts

Seating explanations, conversation ideas, invitation wording, menu observations, schedules, and other suggestions are planning aids. Review them before relying on them. Hostwelly is not medical advice; allergy and dietary needs should be confirmed directly with guests and food preparers.

Availability and changes

The service may evolve, experience interruptions, or change before general release. We may suspend access to protect people, comply with law, or address abuse. Material changes to these terms will be presented with an updated date.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hostwelly is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Hostwelly is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using Hostwelly and delete your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—continue after use ends.
